The Content Suite Security and Productivity Pack solution extension (SolEx) is an OpenText Administration toolbox of handy OpenText Content Server (OTCS) tweaks and information management configurations to help adoption and usage of the system.
This productivity suite provides an ever-growing list of features and benefits for administrators and information architects of your OpenText Content Suite (formerly LiveLink ECM) platform.
Cassia’s Content Suite Security & Productivity Pack (SPP) expands upon existing OpenText™ Content Services security features, including role management, permissions and relationships in order to:

The Suite (SPP) provides an ever-growing list of OpenText Administration features and benefits for your OpenText Content Suite platform.
Control not only who can create items, but where they may create them! Folders only in Personal Work spaces? No Problem.
Restrict who can see users and/or available groups. Hide groups and user lists from specific OpenText Content Server users.
Restrict or extend audits on folders to specific OpenText Content Server users
Lock permissions on specific OpenText Content Server users
Traditional Content Server requires “Permissions” access to delete a Collection. The Cassia Productivity Suite allows the level of delete permission to be configured – restricted to specific groups and locations!
Similarly to Collections, Content Server requires “Permissions” access to promote a minor version to a major version. The Cassia Productivity Suite allows the level of promotion permission to be configured.
People who are members of the Security Officer Group can add and remove supplemental markings from items. This feature restricts the removal privilege to people in certain groups.
This is an additional feature available for OpenText Content Server system administrators.
