While OpenText Supports 17 languages for Content Server including:
Arabic, Catalan, German, English, Finnish, French, Italian, Japanese, Kazakh, Korean, Dutch, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish, Ukrainian, Chinese (Simplified), and Chinese (Traditional) there are many languages not supported that require a language pack.
Cassia develops OpenText Content Server language packs for languages not supported by OpenText.
Cassia develops language packs using professional translation for both the help files and or interface.

There are two components to the language packs. The interface language and the help files.
Cassia can quote and development either just the interface components or the interface along with the help files.
The interface includes all the standard menus and interface components.
In order to facilitate the greatest user adoption your language pack should include the help files however please note that there is a significant amount of content requiring translating and it does affect development time.
